Technology captivated me since I was a kid. Growing up, I studied Computer Engineering in Mexico City 🇲🇽
I started working as an Embedded Systems Software Engineer in 2015. In 2019 I got my first job as a Full-Stack Software Engineer working with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (Favorite language and Framework). I've worked in a wide range of areas like games, automotive, and maps.
On the human side, I’ve been an active member of local board game groups in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Chicago.
My earliest tracked jog is from 2012 and the sum of the distance from my jogging sessions is more than 3,000 Km.
I like to go to Magic The Gathering prerelease events (I won a local tournament for the 2015 Core Set Prerelease)
Turn-Based Strategy, RPGs, and Metroidvanias are some of my favorite video game genres.
